How do I exchange for a different size?

Can I return a dress if I wore it to an event?
To keep our inventory fresh for everyone, we only accept returns on items in original, unworn condition with tags attached. Items that show signs of wear (perfume, stains, or odors) will not be eligible for a refund or exchange.
I had my pants hemmed; can I still return them?
Once an item has been altered or tailored, it is considered final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
What if my item arrives damaged?
We’re so sorry! If you receive a defective item (e.g., a broken zipper or a hole in a tee), please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will make it right immediately with a replacement or a full refund.
Who pays for return shipping?
Customers are responsible for all return and exchange shipping costs. Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item arrived damaged or we sent the wrong item.

Yes! If you received an item as a gift, we can offer an exchange or store credit for the current selling price of the item, provided it is unworn and has the tags attached.
