Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to love what you ordered! If your new piece doesn't fit quite right or isn't what you expected, we’re happy to help.

The 7-Day Window

Items can be returned or exchanged within 7 days of the delivery date.

Condition of Items

To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must be:

  • Unworn and unwashed (no perfume, makeup stains, or deodorant marks).

  • Original tags attached.

  • Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase.

Exchanges

Need a different size or color? 

  • Contact us to reserve your replacement item. Once we receive your original item, we’ll ship the new one out to you. (Please be aware of additional shipping fees)

Refunds

  • Original Payment: Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

  • Processing Time: Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to appear on your statement once we have processed the return.

  • Final Sale: Items marked "Final Sale" or purchased from our clearance section cannot be returned or exchanged.
