We want you to love what you ordered! If your new piece doesn't fit quite right or isn't what you expected, we’re happy to help.
The 7-Day Window
Items can be returned or exchanged within 7 days of the delivery date.
Condition of Items
To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must be:

Unworn and unwashed (no perfume, makeup stains, or deodorant marks).

Original tags attached.

Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase.
Exchanges
Need a different size or color?

Contact us to reserve your replacement item. Once we receive your original item, we’ll ship the new one out to you. (Please be aware of additional shipping fees)
Refunds

Original Payment: Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

Processing Time: Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to appear on your statement once we have processed the return.

Final Sale: Items marked "Final Sale" or purchased from our clearance section cannot be returned or exchanged.
